If you have any control of the loads you take I strongly recommend not coming to this place. The lumper fee is 500 if you have 20 pallets or more..it's not like you're getting first class service either. They take hours, I've been here for 9 hours and they was just unloading. It took another 3 hours to just get a door. This place is awful, a good truck gets here at about 7 am too on the Virginia side.

This place is a joke. They want you to honor the appointment time and if you're late it's 100 fee or more if you're l later than 1 hr. but they'll take their sweet time unloading you and charge you as much as 500 for lumper service. If you can, avoid this place. All the bad reviews you read are truthful.

Big plus they have overnight parking in the crowded truck stop Phoenix area. For about 30 trucks. OTR check-in starts at 6am. Checked in at 5:55am, door at 6:30am.
