I received excellent customer service while trying to locate new tires and rims for my Quickie wheelchair. The first person that answered my original call was excellent. She explain that I would have to hold longer than normal and she checked on me and ensured that I would be helped prior to transferring me to an agent. Roxanne, my service agent, performed beyond my expectations. Besides being kind, courteous, and offering solutions to my problem she followed up with with a call back explained the quote and offered additional help. In addition to this personalized service it was expeditious.

My buddy, the wheelchair The wheelchair might be your best friend or your worst enemy. Choosing the wrong one can make your life like a nightmare. If you can use their upper body, the best wheelchair for you might be the wheelchair without resting arms. If your body does not let you make complex movements, you might find it more suitable to have a wheelchair with resting arms and a very comfortable cushion. You might also like footplates on the wheelchair, for more stability and comfort. I have been using a wheelchair for more then 10 years now. Finding a new wheelchair is always a challenge. Joshua has helped us during the entire process, putting a lot of attention on small details, with is a very rare quality to find. He designed the wheelchair according to my needs and took into consideration all the information in order to provide me with the best wheelchairs that fits my necessities. I can honestly say that he did his upmost best and i am very happy with his services and if you really need someone who take the time and effort, with high attention to details, we recommended him.The wheelchair has survived his first ride and we decided to call him Frogy! Thank you Joshua Kind regards, Bianca Wiersema

I'm gonna start with these 3 stars and here's why: 1st, I had arrived with the expectation that the chair I was using would be serviced on the same day I brought it in. It was not. And, as I was told,it wouldn't be serviced until the total cost of the service was paid upfront. Bare in mind, that I had here told that they were aware that there would be at least two 3rd party payers in this transaction in addition to the client totaling a minimum of 3parties paying for this service to be completed. Only 1 had been arranged and is currently waiting to put about 750.00 towards the total cost of the repairs. What's needed? Well, it's Known that it requires new rubber on the casters and drive wheels and it's known that the left front caster assembly (that's the caster frame the wheel attaches to and with threaded mounting bolt/post) in addition to the right foot pad. So far as I have been able to estimate from other businesses who sell these parts on line, we'll be paying an estimated 1,400.00-2,200.00 sub-total and a required sales tax at 8.97% to the dollar (when I was told that that figure was more for the labor than for the parts required to complete the job, I realized then that I had certainly been working in the wrong field all these years).; Otherwise the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The range of electric mobility products they sell, is limited, albeit, the brand of products they sell is worth the expense as it's rather well known. Otherwise, I'm not able to render a more detailed review because I haven't experienced the quality of service that they provide, however, I do fully intend to keep this review up to date as I am able to...

Southwest Medical and Rehab has been a great help with guiding me through the process of selecting a new wheelchair. Joshua, is very knowledgeable and walked us through each piece / option that would be appropriate and helpful for a well fit wheelchair. Joshua even came in on his day off to help with proper measurements and the optimal wheelchair choice. When my chair was ready for pickup, he again walked us through its proper set up and assembly, making sure we were comfortable with how the chair works. He also gave us his card and cell number in case we needed any help in the future after hours! Overall a great experience with knowledgeable staff. The store is well laid out with many items on display. I highly recommend SW Medical Rehab, and tell Joshua I said hello.
