Scheduled a pre trip inspection and driving test a week prior. Darlene took all my paper work prior to the test. I walk in the day of the test 30 minutes early the examiner says where is tour MVD application? I told him I gave everything to your secretary he said no I can’t do the test with out your MVD application. I explained no one told me I needed anything nor did I get a call prior. His response was I don’t make the rules. Then I asked for a manager Adam came down the stairs said there is nothing we can do for you come back in two days to reschedule. I missed a day of work studies my tail off and they both had an I don’t care attitude. I had them refund me the 425 I paid the week before. I will never give them my business be ware!
The school is extremely helpful with great instructors and staff members. I couldn't have been happier at the professionalism and the program!
School was awesome! You learn the basics. It's enough to get your license. That's all you need. The rest is up to you to find a job using your own due diligence, and the school's employer resource list for Local and OTR. Would recommend the school to everyone. My instructor's were Bill and Louie. They taught the night class that I was enrolled in. Thanks for the good teaching guys!
This company will never ever return your calls at all. They will not able to extend your tuition for reimbursement at all. Just gonna leave you hanging all the times. They will completely ruin your credit & credit score. They will never acknowledge you at all. All they think of themselves only. They won't extend nothing. They really hardcore. No spinal and no heart.
