I need a storage unit and pulled into Storage West off 27th ave in Phoenix. Edna was very knowledgeable of options an resources when it comes to storing during a move. She took a bunch of stress off my move an I can say looked out for my best interests even when moving out of the storage unit. Never charged extra fees or games like a lot of storage places do. In Phoenix this is the only storage place I will ever use period. Customer service was the best ever an she cares about her customers and it shows. Thank you for truly looking out for your Troops. It's an alright storage place. We have been renting our unit for about a year now. I don't think they'd go out of their way to work with us if we were behind on our payments, but they do the job they're paid to do. I think our unit is 4x4 and we pay about 40/mo. Not bad...
The guy that works there is real cool laid-back guy
Amazing place and staff big thank you to Edna who was very helpful not only in the beginning but the whole stay with. Would 100% recomend and come back.
