We bought our 2013 Winnebago class A RV last year and the black tank monitor has never worked properly. It always read 2/3 full regardless of the actual level. Then the grey tank monitor stopped reading correctly. We tried multiple things on our own including dawn dish soap, calgon and a never ending supply of RV store dissolving tablets. We also put 10 gallons of water in both tanks and drove hundreds of miles in an effort to dislodge whatever material was stuck. We also left hot water in the tanks overnight. Nothing worked. Then we called Tank Techs RX and they miraculously fixed the problem! A technician named Skip inserted a hose in both tanks and proceeded to spray them with 1,200 PSI of water pressure. About 30 minutes later they were completely clean. Skip is a great guy and he gave us a lot of advice about how to maintain our tanks going forward. We also bought a bottle of their highly rated probiotic tank treatment. The Tank Techs RX website is also full of awesome educational videos. Call these guys if you are in the Phoenix area. Skip waited for us to drive all the way from Wickenburg so we could get our severely clogged black tank cleaned. Did an amazing job, and gave us a wealth of information. When I did a google search for a RV tank cleaner service, this website came up but I couldn't find anywhere that stated this service was available. Only reason we found out about it was I called an RV repair place, and they referred me to Skip.
His name was Skip, he came out and serviced our black tank as we couldn't afford to have both tanks done. He was very quick and knowledgeable. He explained why and how things happen, even told me a few things about the way tanks work and what different types there are. He cleaned my sensors off so we could have an accurate reading as well. Our 5th wheel has had several different owners and God knows how big the poocano was in there. He did an AMAZING job. Quick, straight to the point and very thorough. Whoever sees this, this man needs a raise or something.
Skip is the best. Very friendly and a complete expert. He was early and fast and had the problem resolved in no time. He gave us some useful pointers as well. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thanks for the much needed help TankTech!!
Had serve clog in my 5th wheel black tank Skip came out got both my holding tanks cleaned and maintained and gave great advice on how to maintain so I dont have this problem again thank you
