I purchased the Phoenix 850 retractable bannerstand last year and it still looks great! The banner goes everywhere with me and is mainly used for outdoor events. My communication was mostly done over email with Rick. When I needed help with a file they were easy to get ahold of by phone. My mother has worked with them several times for work and has had nothing short of a great experience every time. I highly, highly recommend Techniprint and will go back again for my future needs.
