I would definitely not recommend this company. Waited 3 weeks for my mom's door and still nothing. Tried calling him and never returned our phone calls. My mom has gone that long without a front door and had to hunt the guy down to get her frame back. Doesn't know what he is doing

10 out of 10 would recommend. We had an incident with my son over the weekend (Saturday) where he busted our sliding glass door. Dwayne answered my call over the busy weekend, got the glass sliding door, replaced it by Monday morning. Needless to say I am impressed at the timely manner my issue was addressed and fixed. The best part is they gave me the best price in town. If anyone has any glass repairs needed go to Touchdown Glass.
Do not waste your time here. They act so enthusiastically but never show up. When you will start calling them to require where they are, they won't reply or pick up their phone. The owner is irresponsible.
Our large bathroom window broke from a rock kicked up from our lawnmower. Dwayne from Touchdown Glass gave me a quote over the phone that was so much more reasonable than the other places I called. It was actually hundreds less! He met me at my home exactly when he said he would to take measurements and showed back up to fix it when he promised. He fixed the window while I was at work and did an amazing job. Dwayne was honest, trustworthy and professional. He cleaned everything up and texted me a picture when everything was done. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will highly recommend Touchdown Glass to all my family and friends.
