I’m new to Arizona. I had so many places that I could choose from. I am so glad I found this place. The doctor was amazingly compassionate and loving. The office was very clean and up-to-date. The front desk staff were amazing. I really appreciated the love and concern the doctor showed towards not only myself but to my fur babies. She was very thorough in explanations and making sure I understood what was expected from us being new to the state.I definitely recommend this place. The price was reasonable the service was fantastic and the doctor was great!!!!!

We have taken multiple animals, in various states of health to receive care at Union Hills Animal Hospital. The staff are the most kind, considerate, animal caregivers you will find. We no longer have our dog Odin, but his last breathing moments were spent here. The care we ALL received was the best. Animal care is difficult for everyone and finding the correct fit for you and your pet can be a long journey. If you are ready for a good vet, who doesn’t pretend to know it all but makes it her responsibility to get to the solution, then Dr. Goshert and her staff are your selection.
My regular vet was booked up over a week out. I could see our 14 yr old pug was in distress. I decided to call this animal hospital which I had used 20 yrs ago when we lived near there. Miraculously they had a cancellation that morning and could see her in the same afternoon. The place was very nice and clean, and practicing Covid guidelines they took us to a room immediately upon arrival. I was able to stay with our dog until the vet, Susan Goshert, could see her, which was a short time later. After the exam the doctor came back to discuss her findings and next steps of treatment. Sadly in our case and given our dog's age we are taking a hospice approach. The staff was great and I felt really good about the care she was given while there and the medication provided for her afterwards.
Dr Andrea Richter is fairly new to the practice and pretty wonderful. Clearly loves the pets that come in, takes the time to explain the diagnosis and is a lovely young woman. I know her dad is proud of her and with good reason. I will certainly ask for her in the future.
Being a brand new client, I had a an issue with best little friend who is deaf and had a cough and I was very concerned but needed a Sat appt. I went on stand by in case of a cancellation and staff, who felt my concerns, called me on Friday and told me I could come in the next day. I was seen promptly and the professional staff made me feel at ease. All of my questions (which were many) were answered and I was on my way in little time. Having never been to this office before I would say it has been the best experience I have had with any clinic and I will absolutely recommend and use their services exclusively going forward. If your pet is a member of your family, as mine is, they deserve the best care you can find... and that is here.
