Thank you so much for going the extra mile, during a pandemic, to find my deadbeat ex-husband! It took a year to find him-that was of course with a several months delay on my end as the pandemic occurred, and I couldn't be more thankful to all the help Urban Spy provided!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of results. I paid 1000. Basically so this guy could put a tracker on a car and tell me where he was. Jason had the opportunity to see where this guy was spending the night but said he had something else to do. He will have every excuse why it did not work out. I even gave him the opportunity to remedy this before I posted this review and he chose not to. Really, a big waste of money! Do not hire this PI!

I have used this company 3 times to serve court paperwork and each time it was taken care of in a timely manner. He is very reasonably priced. 2 of the 3 times I've used him, I had limited information to offer on the other parties location but he made it happen. I definitely recommend this company!!!

I hired Urban Spy to help me recover my step van that was being restored. The process had lingered for over 3 years and it was time to take action. With COVID I was unable to travel to Phoenix myself to handle the situation. After searching for private investigators online, I decided Urban Spy was my first choice. My first call with Jason was spectacular! He was familiar with the location and was available to confirm my van's location within 2 hours of my first call. He sent photos with the location and he then swiftly provided a contact and recommendation to begin the collection process. It wasn't a simple situation and Jason advised the third party repo company on timing and how to execute the collection. It was a success! After the van was picked up, Jason then visited the auto-body company several times to collect the missing parts of the van. The parts were very valuable and he handled a challenging situation as a professional. Urban Spy was the perfect choice for me and I'm grateful for the exceptional service. This was my first time working with a PI and my experience was an A. I recommend Urban Spy whole-heartedly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars on my review. Thank you Urban Spy!

Hello my name is Jon and I came across Jason as a last resort effort to try and locate or find my friends list service dog Remington. Remington is my friend Sadies service animal or emotional support animal for PTSD . Remington is a very special animal and means the world to Sadie but because of some unfortunate events in the early part of 2020 Remington and his older brother Cheech both are Chihuahuas were impounded by the Tempe police because of a case of mis identification with Sadie . So to make a long story short one of the animals was lost during there impound and somehow re homed wrongfully and that's where Jason came in he's has taken on the task of helping us locate Remington and has been an absolute blessing in disguise. Jason goes beyond the job and treats you as if you were family and his knowledge has made this very painless and effortless to us . I would hire urban spy team again and again for sure . Forever in his debt . Thank you Jason
