As a long time photographer the is like coming home. Shops like this one used to be in every town. Now they are rare. Randy’s Photo Shop is one of the “old school” Camera shops that just visiting brings the possibilities of what photography is meant to accomplish. The business is divided into a printing department that has the equipment and expertise to create excellent work, complete with matting and framing services. But for a film photographer most of the remaining space is dedicated to vintage cameras. Randy has every kind of film camera you can imagine from “mint” Leicas, to “Bargain” section with Cameras, lenses and accessories that are literally 20 a pop. (Now you will not find a Leica in the “Bargain” section). His private collection of large format cameras is on display. But best of all Randy’s knowledge of camera is extensive. You lean something useful just talking for a few minutes with him. And it’s not just film cameras, he has digital cameras and accessories too, along with darkroom supplies. He has found a niche between the online sellers and the big box boys, and kept his multi generation shop alive. (Below, two of my favorites a Diana Mini and a Voigtlander Vito CLR I picked up in the Bargain section).

Awesome little camera shop with mostly classic equipment. A great place to find old camera parts, vintage lenses, and fascinating Polaroid cameras, I couldn't help myself and I walked out with a classic sx-70 in mint condition, original case and manual! Owners where friendly and a pleasure to chat with.

Randy is really great and knows his stuff, this is the only shop I know of that carries processing chemicals and equipment in stock. Bring your money when you go because while their prices are fair, you might spot that thing you have been looking for while you are there, it has happened to me more than once, and no, it was not because of a hard sell. Beginner or expert, they have what you need.

The owners are friendly, helpful and I always enjoy stopping by and checking out the gear they've got in stock. Both owners have always gone the extra mile helping me out when I've got questions... I always walk out with more cool stuff than I intend to. Plus, you get your negatives back when they develop film. You can't get that anywhere near here!

No star rating. Previous reviews here written by owners. Search out other non-google reviews. Other reviews are worse than mine. Worst service ever! Never once got friendly or helpful service. I go to Milford photo. It's really worth the travel and makes all the difference in the world.
