Super impressed. All staff were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Location was clean and everything well marked and labeled. Very organized. HIGHLY recommend. Went with my two children and nurses and doctor were excellent.

Whole experience was on point from start to finish. The woman at front desk was polite and efficient helped me run insurance info. Was in office being seen in less than 5 min. The next girl that checked me out was cheerful and sweet actually listened to me and and the nurse was quick and professional made me feel better. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. I have waited 3 hours at other walk ins. Five stars.

The staff was great. Most were. The reason for my three stars is because when one nurse splinted my daughter’s finger, the splint was straight. Another nurse came in and realized it should be bent. She proceeded to grab my daughter’s finger and bend it with the splint attached. She caused more pain and throbbing. She should have taken the splint off and redid it. My daughter was all ready in a lot of pain!

We scheduled appointments for rapid covid tests. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment and had to take paperwork outside to do in the car in 20 degree weather. We called when done and were told they were ready for us. They took the paperwork and sent us back out to the car for another 15-20 minutes so they could check the insurance. they paperwork asked for a credit card to put on file. I refused to do that. If I have a balance over what insurance will cover I will pay it when sent a bill. Finally we were sent to a room and waited another 10 minutes. Someone came in and did the nasal swabbing for each of us and told us it would be 15 minutes for the results. No one took a temperature or asked any medical questions. When we were told the results were negative we were asked if we wanted a paper copy of the report which we did. Again we waited. As a nurse I feel this could have been handled much better and more professionally. due to travel needs we have had repaid tests at other walk-in clinics and have been treated much better. We have had the regular testing as well without the hassle we had at this place.

It was very easy and convenient to make an appointment online and fill out all info. The facility has handsanitizer available in convenient areas, has paced out seating in the waiting area, displays signs regarding wearing masks and is extremely clean. The staff was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. My visit was a breeze. I was in and out in an acceptable amount of time for what I was seen for. My family and I will be returning for any future needs.

Very satisfied with care given at Physician One. People were very friendly and Dr Pirola know exactly what my issue was and prescribed the necessary medication to manage it. Definitely will return when needed.
