Dr Lockard was amazing and extremely informative regarding my legal case and impact on daily functioning. Based on what type of work she does, I could see why she will encounter patients with personality issues that leave bad reviews. She is upfront and blunt and does not hesitate when it comes to diagnosis and her recommendations. The front staff does an amazing job with reminders and getting the necessary documents to patients. If someone is looking for a knowledgeable and honest professional, she is the one. If someone is looking for her to agree with them and dismiss valuable information, then she is not the person. Again, highly recommended.

We have medical insurance with BCBS and we found Dr Yadira in network back in March 2020. During the time of the initial call the young lady was very nice and informed us that they were not seeing any patients in office at that time, however can schedule an upcoming in-person appointment as soon as they opened. We agreed. The first appointment was 05/28/2020, the potential client attended the appointment & liked the Dr and wanted to proceed forward. To move forward some tests were required. About 2 months or so go by and we still according to Val the office manager needs a copy of the insurance card, that had already been faxed over the day of the first visit. The card info was emailed over 07/21/2020 and then a request was sent to BCBS to regarding the testing. The same day, BCBS advised Val's office that there were additional information needed ( 3 questions) to complete her request for testing. I called Val and she calms she had sent over all the paperwork she could. On 08/20/2020, I was informed the paperwork is not filled out correctly per BCBS. It may just be me however, you should be very much aware of what to say a client needs if you are requesting testing for them. I feel that this practice did not want to service us and this was done on purpose. When we would call their office, Val was hardly ever there so what we were told and nobody knew what time she would be there and she was the only one who could help us. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and we will find another provider moving forward. BCBS has been made aware of this incident because it's not a good look for them to have this practice in their network tarnishing their name as a provider.
