I've been to many Pier 1 locations, however this Rochester location really stuck out to me due to the staff! They were absolutely outstanding, they were patient, helpful, and knew what I wanted. Even when they were having issues with their computers, they still did everything they could to make things work out. I highly recommend this Pier 1 location, mainly because of the outstanding staff. The customer service was by far the best I've seen in a LONG time. I was there for a good amount of time, roughly 2 hours, and I left happy.

Great store, purchased a side chair this week for my sun room, it is absolutely beautiful and a sturdy well built piece. They carry very nice home accents.

They are going out of business. The prices are still questionable.
I like the fact that pure one can have things in stock but due to going out of business clearance sale some things you will not be able to find to match. Plus the downside is that they don't like to answer phones what games pure 1?

This store has a very nice collection of everything decorative for your house. Even though it comes with a price, i always keep an eye for their clearance and sale. They will always have good deals. The customer service is also very helpful and friendly. I am sure i will always make a stop here if i am around the area. Recently stopped by and bought some nice dinner collection. I have to say a big thank you to the staff for helping out with taking my order to the counter and with the packing and wrapping.
