I have a medical condition so that I cant wear a facemask. I was told to leave and not allowed to shop. Will not be returning. Good that they are going out of business.
I purchased a table online for pickup. I never received an email with my order so I called the store and Mary was so helpful! She informed me the only table they had was the floor model so she asked me to take a look before purchasing. The table was perfect, however wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. Mary was so patient in working with me and helped me to load the table during both my trips to the store that day! Shoutout Mary and to Pier One Garner!
I LOVE their scents! Honeysuckle is my all time favorite, but now they have "Perfect Lemon" or something like that...OMG!!!!!!!!! It smells JUST like that wonderful, fresh smell of a lemon peel. Both are intoxicating! Love the Mother's Day cards, too.
This pier one is the best ever they go above and beyond to get what u want! I have made some great friends at this pier one there like family! The store is always clean and shiny with all there beautiful new decor! LOVE PIER ONE In white oak shopping center they will always take good care of you!!!
I understand they are going out of business and I feel for all of the employees but not being helpful or kind is not cool
Just picked up some outdoor furniture for my office space. 40%off and they had it ready for us at the store within a couple of days. A super nice retail staff helped us with the pick up on mother’s day. I really appreciate helpful and considerate.
