I do not shop Pier 1 Imports on a regular basis. Needed a particular product for a gift. Employees were helpful and kind. Store is pricey compared to Amazon. A specialty store for home decor. To packed with merchandise and couldn't navigate the store without bumping into other customers.
I go in thinking I will find something and leave wondering way I went in. I guess I was wasting time. One day maybe I will find something I can't live without.
Staff friendly, but really this is an overpriced Wayfair.
