We're new to the area and received a welcome coupon from Pier One. Serena, at the Kingston NY location, made us feel "right at home" as she helped us to decorate our new home. She single-handedly hefted heavy display furniture down off high shelves just so we could take a test drive/sit; encouraged us to look at our color choices in different lights like a professional interior designer; advised us about the various promotions Pier One was offering, and made us realize that Pier One in Kingston is now our #1 "go to" for unique, high-quality, home furnishings. Serena should be declared the Pier One Goddess! (AND, nooooo, we're not her parents, nor have we ever met her before!) Thanks, Pier One... and thanks, Serena! You made a big difference for us in our shopping experience. Wishing you the best!

Pier One is one of my favourite places to shop, especially for special occasions. They have some unique items with lots of choices. Prices are fair with good customer service.
The saleslady who helped me was knowledgeable and knew exactly where the particular items i requested were located as well as the sale prices. My visit was was pleasurable and I didn't feel pressured or pestered.
So sad this location will close Feb 26, 2020.
