The lady on the phone is horrible and can't help you with anything. I'm surprised she has a job working for the pierce county superior court clerk's office because she is rude and doesn't know anything and doesn't help at all. It's very sad when the legal system is so corrupt and unwilling to help real people with real cases.

Great location off of Tacoma Avenue, lots of paid parking make sure you bring cash or credit card. The property is on a hillside with lots of topography but it is all ADA compliant with wheelchair ramps and elevators to go up to the courthouse. They have vendors with snacks coffee premade sandwiches etc. The property has been renovated but it’s starting to get dated. bathrooms could always be a little cleaner. It’s a courthouse in a “public facility” what else would you expect?

Been to many court houses, the staff was probably the most friendly staff I've met. Hands down the most nice building I've ever been in. Very helpful also for people who never been there!
