A*M*A*Z*I*N*G! We have spent days eating our way through Pigeon Forge. This was by far our favorite. The variety on the menu was the most unique we had seen. Once we saw some pics we had to try it. It was the best food! First MUST TRY I've ever posted. You'll be missing out if you don't.

Employees are so friendly! Thanks Colton and Joey for amazing service! Now on to the food! Best melt I've ever had! And everything was fresh! I mean made their own ketchup! I was really surprised by this little gem! Everything was homemade and the prices were very reasonable! I will definitely frequent and promise to upload photos of my next visit!
So they serve much more than cookie dough here! Although the cookie dough is good too! I highly recommend this place when visiting as they have great sandwiches and burgers to pair with dessert cookie dough that will leave you satisfied to pass up those tourist trap locations further down the parkway. Service was GREAT - some of the best customer service the entire time we were down there. Don't pass it up
Decided to stop by and grab a bite for lunch there a few weeks ago and it was awesome. The dude working, I think his name was Cody, was incredible! He was able to take orders, cook, clean, everything without missing a beat. Food was made fresh when we ordered it and hot when served. The cookie dough was delicious and one scoop was plenty for two people. I hope I'm in the area again to eat because it was well worth it.
None of the employees had face masks on. When we asked if they had them, they proudly answered ope\. Face masks are mandated in this county and it is not acceptable for the employees to not be wearing them. They were also not enforcing customers to wear them before they got to their tables. We always looked forward to coming to Cookie Dough Monster when we are in Pigeon Forge but we won't be any longer.
