After a long and exhausting search online looking for my next vehicle I happened upon this dealership. Previous to finding this dealership I ran into some that offered a low price but would tack on mandatory charges raising the vehicle price by 4000! I choose to give this dealership a chance after reading their reviews and let me tell you after the service I got they are TRUE! I chose to rent a car and drive six hours to come to this dealership after speaking with Rafe over the phone. Each and every interaction with him was so cordial. I got to the dealership and viewed the vehicle and he allowed me to go through the vehicle like a crazy person looking for the slightest defect. During the test drive he allowed me to drive it in town and on the highway. When it came to the purchase it was an ease on their side of the deal and I didn't feel pressured. Being that I drove a rental car there Rafe was able to get another sales woman to follow me to the rental car drop off so I didn't have to drive back and drop him off. On the way to the drop off he even pumped my gas to fill up the rental car (slow hand clap)! I drove my 2017 Lexus back home on the six hour drive and had absolutely no problem with it. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend anyone looking for a used or new vehicle to give this place a chance first before looking any other.

Favorite Dealer, After Just One Transaction - Let's go back to about three years ago. I had been searching almost daily online for a 2005-2012 Mustang convertible, in good condition with low miles. I previously owned a 2004, two 2007s, and a 2013. It seemed like every car I now went to see was worn down and had a bunch of miles. After months of searching I found an internet listing for a 2008 at Stanley Ford. I thought it was a long shot, but I made the big drive anyway. What I found was an almost perfect 2008 Mustang GT/California Special convertible with some customization by the original owner. This owner had taken a lot of pride in the car. Very low mileage. We did the deal, signed the papers and were out the door. So great. The sales guys and the finance manager could not have been better to work with. They referred me to a detailing shop who resolved a couple of problems at a very reasonable price. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate the way Stanley Ford worked with me. No nonsense. Very candid. Very friendly.
Sharon helped me get my dream car and I am so greatful for her hard work! She was amazing about staying in contact with me and working around my busy schedule. She also chatted with me and made sure I didn't get bored. Best customer service I have seen!
Acie Jones was the best salesman I've ever worked with! He was energetic, honest, fair, and genuinely cared about my car buying experience. We drove all the way from Minnesota to Texas to purchase with Acie. Prior to making the trip, he sent videos of the entire vehicle, inside and out, ensuring our confidence in making the 16 hour trip. Acie was very patient with all of my questions, answering them all even after hours and on Sunday! We worked out all the details of my trade prior to leaving as well, and everything was honored upon arrival exactly as discussed over the phone. We arrived on my birthday, and Acie went out of his way to put up a birthday banner and have birthday treats for us! He also introduced us to several of his coworkers, and really made us feel like part of the Stanley Ford family. I will be recommending this dealership, and Acie in particular, to all of my friends and family looking to buy a vehicle.
