I normally don’t write negative reviews as I’m easy to please but I’m really disappointed in the business practices of Twin Cities Trailers. I purchased a living quarters trailer from them in May 22. As part of the deal we traded in our two horse bumper pull that had an existing loan on it of more than 7000. Twin Cities was supposed to pay off the existing loan. All was great until we noticed on our bank statement more than two months later that we were still making payments on the two horse bumper pull we no longer had in our possession. At the point we discovered this we had made two payments on it. We also found out the 7000 bank loan had never been paid off. Needless to say we were really upset! I called Twin Cities numerous times and was given the run around each time. I asked to speak to the owner or manager to no avail. Phone calls were not returned in a timely matter and no one would take responsibility for why this happened. Finally Juan called and said they were taking care of it. They would pay off the loan and send us a check for about 250, for the two payments we made. As of today, August 10, 2020, I found out that they paid the bank off but I still haven’t received a check for 250. It was supposedly dropped in the mail more than a week ago. I don’t live in a foreign country, I live 40 minutes away. So where is the check? I’ll wait a few more days then call them again but I’m not hopeful as I don’t think the check was ever mailed and you get no where calling these people. I really think they are running an unethical business and would not recommend anyone to buy a trailer there. Update: I did finally receive the check. It was sent to an address I lived at 4 years ago.

Very impressed with staff. We traveled all the way from East Tennessee to purchase here. We had some modifications done to our new purchase. When we arrived they were finishing up, so we dealt with everyone from sales, to secretary, to service manager, to laborer. Every single employee took a special interest in getting us on the road as a pleased customer. The service staff went out of their way to help us get everything we needed modified and make sure the rig was ready for a long trip home. They last second installed a new brake controller and helped us check everything out. Before we left they washed our unit and hand dried it, putting tire shine as we pulled out. This was the smoothest purchase process I’ve ever been involved in. Definitely go next-door to the diner as well. Great place

If you’re looking for a trailer this is the place! I took a total leap of faith and bought a trailer unseen from NC. I could not have been more satisfied with the price, attention to detail, and our awesome salesman Dave. Dave is the industry genius- been in the business for years and really cares about his customers. I had an issue come up post sale and Dave worked his magic and resolved it despite being a used trailer sale. Let’s be real that’s unheard of. This dealership is just good people!!!
