WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THE WIFI SERVICES! Me and my fiancé (Britney Johnson) been with Pine Bluff Cable TV for over 4 years and it’s been TERRIBLE. The WiFi services is worthless some days it work most days you are paying for no connection. We have been paying for the WiFi and our WiFi been down for over a Month. Me, my fiancé, and my daughter all attend school and we can’t even use the WiFi that we are paying for. In December they had sent someone to come and fix it and the gentleman said “We will have to send a technician to replace the box outside in order to fix the problem, because the box is giving out poor connection. It may take some days or a week since we only have one technician.” It’s been over a month since we received that information. So I called back the morning of 01/29/21 and talked to someone and told him the situation and they said “We will send someone who knows what they are doing today.” And guess what? Nobody showed up that day. So, it looks like I am going to AT&T or some other company to be a reliable customer....if they have great WiFi and great services.

Originally gave 1 star, but I changed my review after taking to Brian! I won't go into my issues because Brian took time to talk it through with me and made me feel like he valued my being with the company.
STAY AWAY from this service if you can!! They ALWAYS have outages and never answer the phone. WORST INTERNET SERVICE IN PINE BLUFF AREA!
Was beyond satisfied with with the technician and the service that was given.
