Called because I did not receive my bill in the mail. In order to find out what I owe for this month, I had to supply my birthday and social security number. You would think I was calling the IRS. The first time I called, someone picked up and hung up. Lousy customer service!

I didn’t get her name, but I spoke to a woman on the phone this morning. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I don’t have a lot of experience with bills and utilities, and she gave me everything I asked for and more. When I went to set up services in person, they were also nice and prompt. The wait took some time, but that was due to a customer giving this woman trouble over something she couldn’t control, and the woman kept her composure and didn’t let it affect her attitude toward me. Everyone I have encountered here has been fast and helpful and made the experience enjoyable. I don’t normally put reviews out there, but they deserve a higher ranking.

Terrible Customer Service!! Not only do they hang up on you, but the horrible attitude only makes dealing with this company even worse. So difficult to setup service with this company, they tell you to go online to apply, and when you go online the website directs you to either call to setup service or go in person, then when you call back and talk to someone else they tell you that you are the difficult one to deal with, so unprofessional! I don't understand why it is so difficult to setup New service with this company. They need better staff that are actually knowledgeable and can help a paying customer setup service.
