Not at all peaceful with I-80 just feet away and big rigs whizzing by. It should be named \Our Lady of All Things Loud Shrine\ Putting trees up may help. Better yet, relocate it somewhere more quiet. Its like having church in a bowling alley. Personally, I enjoyed the \Welcome To Nebraska\ sign more. Go Big Red !!!
Very Beautiful stations of the cross or the way of sorrow Everyone thinks it’s a Catholic thing. But Jesus Christ walked those steps for everyone one of us. Yes the high mass churches hold those stations in their hearts more than most because that’s the suffering Jesus Christ endured to give us salvation. I personally weep when I stop and give my thanks and reflect on the love he has for me. To whoever built this I give you thanks for such a beautiful peaceful place. And bringing the sacrifice and sorrow that Jesus Christ suffered so we may all may be forgiven and have everlasting life.
Such a cool 15-20 minute detour getting there and back from the interstate. There is so much to look at besides Mother Mary, and has seating for Catholics or anyone who wants to comfortably kneel for a while and pray.
