after construction, horrible availability. phoned/emailed/texted about 100 times literally and no one EVER replied. since completion of project, i have had several things that needs to be fixed. ive asked for almost 3 years and i am completely ignored. expensive project in my yard and im shocked that after such a huge expense i am completely ignored after completion. i gave AUI and Breck (owner) dozens and dozens and dozens of chances to contact me or fix the problem, but i was completely ignored. not following through with your word or CONTRACT is bad enough, but to not have the common decency to even reply to an email is the worst business person i have ever worked with. i have had 4 friends want to build pools and i have told them not to use AUI. the way they do business is not only unethical, its disgraceful.
