Zero customer service. The sales department does not answer the phone. I called 10 times one day and 10 times the next day. No one answered the phone. Unfortunately, they have a product that I cannot get elsewhere. For all other products, I will buy somewhere else.

Not properly paletizing their loads,you just cant secure them in the back and front,I guess that is not their problem
Was here for 3 1/2 hrs, was loaded quickly when they finally got to us.
Iv call 3 weeks In a row... (every other day) Some worker's tell me what I need will be ready by the end of the week, others tell me it will be another week. There is definitely NO Communication when it comes to this place. 0/10 recommended.

I am a local Mason I have been dealing with them for years they do not care about the public or contractors as long as they get your money they will drop your material anywhere they want anytime they want with no regard to the trouble it may cause you it don't matter if you ask them to call you they will do what they want .
rude staff and the loaders are incredibly slow be prepared to spend at least an hour here for even the simplest order
