Went in to pick up a new tractor. Whole sales experience from initial contact through phone request back and forth for information and paperwork excetera went extremely smoothly. Pickup was excellent. Shop attendee went through the machine completely with us and answered all questions we had. Sales representative was completely efficient with no pressure and extremely helpful and getting all the necessary paperwork done ahead of time so that the pickup of the machine was actually very streamlined and pleasant.

I have had a lawn tractor from them which they have done EXCELLENT work on in the past. This last time not so good. The carburetor is set way to rich (tons of white smoke) in choke mode. But they do pick up an deliver. Nice people, a bit pricey. I preferred the now closed John Deer shop in Walpole. I also have a professional chain saw from them. They have done good work on it as well. I can't speak to the Large Equipment sales and service. They also did a good job rewiring my utility trailer.
