I called Pioneer Oil to check my burner as I had no heat. They came quickly and solved my immediate problem . I inquired about my hot water not being hot enough. I have had this problem for the 15 or so years I've lived here and had plenty of people check this out to no avail. The tech that came to fix the heat that day looked a bit further than most and found that I needed a mixing valve replaced. My hot water is much better thanks to him. Kudos to them for that for sure!! I then discovered the oil tank was leaking. They came and replaced the tank through the snow and down a hill to get it inside. They have been consistently prompt and efficient as my oil service and delivery people for 15 years. I would definitely recommend them.

The customer service staff was friendly and answered all my questions and made sure I was well informed. The men who came to install the new oil tank were professional, careful and kept our basement area cleaned when they completed the installation. They were helpful and we are so appreciative of all the work that they did. We feel so much relief now that we have an oil company who cares about their customers. Completely forgot to check my oil gauge and went into a nor'easter with a Completely empty tank. Called the morning of the storm and they were at my house within 2 hours!!! They have no idea the amount of stress that lifted off my shoulders - with full time jobs, remote learning, sports, and covid we haven't been as focused on everyday tasks like meter reading so the fact that they fit us in and so quickly was a life saver. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service from a superior company! Each time we call, it's a real-life, personable, and extremely helpful associate on the other end. It is refreshing to be able to talk with someone who is able to knowledgeably answer any questions we have about our heating system or our oil tank. Our wait time for an oil refill is usually less than 24 hours, and when they do arrive, they are efficient, courteous to our property, and professional as well. When it comes to servicing our boiler system, their techs are always happy to answer any questions we may have and perform a thorough check through of our system. We have been with Pioneer for about 2 years now and are very pleased with service levels, customer assistance, and the speed, quality, and efficiency of this growing company!

This company is great for I am having the propane tanks and piping put in for a generator which has not arrived as of yet due to Covid. They put in the heavy duty gas lines in the trenches which I hired a relative to dig for me. This way we could fill in the trenches with the proper fill. The rest will be installed once the generator arrives. I called many companies and was told they do not do the work or provide gas for just a generator. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and explained things in full.
