Joe and his team have been amazing since the very beginning through to the very end! Joe has answered every question in detail and addressed every concern we had in the design and completion of our project (retaining wall replacement). His team has been so polite and thoughtful and so easy to work with! They have kept everything so clean and organized and made sure to communicate next steps through the whole process. We are beyond happy with the final result and absolutely recommend Impact Landscapes for any and all projects! We will definitely be reaching back out to Joe and his team for all future landscape/hardscape needs :)

FANTASTIC WORK!! I have been using Impact Landscapes for 3 years to manage my property and I'm proud to have been complimented as having the nicest landscaping on the block. In addition to lawn maintenance, I've used Impact to do irrigation work, tree removal, aeration, soil & seeding, spring and fall clean up, and pesticides. I've never had any issues at all with this company. Quality of work has always been 10/10, they are always very timely, clean up after themselves and the owner is extremely courteous, attentive and professional. My mom's usual landscaper who takes care of the flower beds left us in a bind this year and her yard was very overgrown. We needed to get the yard cleaned up quickly prior to hosting an outdoor event in her back yard (small wedding ceremony). I contacted Impact on Tuesday to see if there was any availability for a crew to do work that week. Joe, the owner was extremely responsive and had an estimate over to us the next day. The pricing was fair and in line with expectations. The crew arrived promptly that same Friday and did a fantastic job with the yard. It felt like a new space and was all ready for our Saturday back yard wedding. Cannot thank this company enough for coming through and making our yard beautiful.
100% recommend! We wanted to restart our garden in the front and back on the house, which required all the old shrubs to be taken out. I received the requested quote with a very fair price at the promised time. Joe answered all my questions and his crew did an amazing job. From start to finish, I'm definitely impressed! Will absolutely use the company again!
After the project had already taken twice as much time as was in the contract, we were told that to have the project done well, addressing their own team's aesthetic and safety concerns, we would have to pay them more money. The owner admitted he had spent just 10 minutes on his initial assessment of the project and did not notice that our doors were at different heights, which is something that is completely obvious with the naked eye. Unfortunately, he was unwilling to account for his own mistakes. If we wanted to complete the project at the quoted price we would've had to keep the chipped pavers that looked unappealing and unsafe that were used to build the steps, and also leave a dangerous large hole between the two sets of steps. They also snapped one of our cables and left it taped to our house and removed decorative stones of ours from our property that were around two trees we had removed without our consent. Needless to say, we parted ways and now have to hire someone else to clean up the mess that was left behind. In the meantime we are unable to use our backdoors and backyard after already having it out of commission for weeks.
