I do not post reviews on the internet but I just had such a drastically different response from Mr. Jarrell than the other reviewers that I feel I need to share. The land portion for the survey was completed at the end of May, very quickly after we made contact with him. We were told that we would have the survey soon. Then all contact stopped. I got a riparian buffer report from the county at the end of August and forwarded that along to Mr. Jarrell and he said he would add the information into the project and have something for us to review by Monday, August 31. Then...nothing. I have not been able to reach Mr. Jarrell via email or phone. I sent an email at the beginning of November to let us know if he could finish the project and that we needed some contact before November 30 or we would be moving on to a different surveyor. Well, still no contact. I am glad that others have had good experiences, but I have not. The same clear, quick communication is not offered to all customers.

Survey was completed by Matthew which was done quickly (a few weeks) and accurately to expedite the sale. Thanks again.

They were able to schedule our land survey quickly after my initial call. Matt was quick to return calls and explained their services wonderfully. My wife and I were extremely impressed by Matt. Matt returned to our property the next day when we had questions. He walked us through the survey and explained our property's \unique\ lines. Very professional! We are extremely impressed!
