I broke my license plate holder on my truck that we just purchased brand new there five months ago. Spoke with Brandon in the service department and he hooked me up real quick! He went above and beyond what I expected to get my license plate mounted back on my truck. Great service! Thank you Brandon. It's a great place to work. We are all a big family. It doesn't matter if you are a Lot Attendant or you are the General Manager, the owner treats everyone with respect. I have never had that happen at another job. We all work together everyday to make sure we give our customers the best all around experience. If you are looking to buy a new truck, need to pick up parts or if your truck is in need of service, come to Allegheny Ford-Isuzu Trucks Pittsburgh's only Ford and Isuzu Truck dealer.
Poor attitude in person on the phone everything was great and then you see the work they were supposed to replace all kinds of pieces and parts on a truck and said it was done gave me a gigantic bill and it went into the shop the very next day because it blew up I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy

In the late winter/early spring we purchased a new F550 and were very pleased with the attention and service provided by Steve. It's refreshing to have a straightforward transaction without the games that some dealerships can play. Also, knowing that this isn't your traditional dealership (meaning they are strictly dealing with commercial vehicles), they are best suited to handle our needs as a small business. We've been very happy with our purchase!
