Recently stopped in to look at used car. Dustin Dima, was the salesperson who assisted us, his professionalism and honesty was what won the day. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, and he was a nice pleasure to work through the entire process. He was knowledgeable about not only the vehicle we were interested in, but the other used and new vehicles on their lot. He was extremely willing to work with us in ensuring we were happy with the sale. All the normal anxiety and hassle that folks associate with car buying, from being hassled or pushed, to salesman trying to always get the highest price, we’re nonexistent. Dustin work with us and his management to get a deal we were all happy with and we walked out with the keys to our new to us used car. My experience at Jim Shorkey North Hills was smooth from start to finish. I started online and used their trade in calculator tool, which quoted me about 3000 more than I expected, but was certain they wouldn't actually give me that in person. The next day, they contacted me and we made an appointment for the following day. To my surprise, the trade in quote wasn't quite as much as the tool said, but was very close, and my car even needed minor attention before they could sell it, and was still about 2000 more than I was realistically expecting. I showed up knowing exactly what I wanted with the features that I wanted. Tim the salesman was great, and found me what I was looking for based on MY needs, without trying to upsell me into anything different. The vehicle we settled on was missing one key feature that I wanted, and they went as far as to put me in a loaner while they added what I wanted to make sure I was satisfied. To make a long story short, I showed up, told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay monthly, and I walked out with exactly that, nothing more, nothing less. As long as the vehicle itself stands the test of time, I'll be returning every few years for an upgrade without hesitation. Even if you're unsure if a Mitsubishi is right for you, I encourage you to at least give one a test drive, because I initially felt the same way but was blown away by the options and comfort at the price point compared to more popular makes.
