Welcoming environment, free of judgement. Especially important for beginners, like myself. It’s a little scary to be in a gym right now with COVID numbers on the rise, but the head instructor is an epidemiologist! You will receive the endless amounts of knowledge from the instructors regarding the sport AND the comfort of knowing that they are taking all necessary precautions to keep us safe while we train.
