We had a small situation going on at our home when I noticed some standing water outside. These guys were quick to help me, explained the situation clearly, and were polite to boot.They solved the issue efficiently, and made a stressful situation feel much easier. I have used them for 3 years, and they will be the only service for septic I will ever use in the area. Thank you so much guys ! You rock!!!!!!

Both gentlemen that came out today we're extremely nice. I had some pipe that leads to the septic tank leaking into my basement and had a 20 gallon plastic tote under it to catch the water. It was filled when they arrived and they offered to dump it for me which wasn't their responsibility. They fixed the problem quickly and explained everything so I could understand. Very very happy.
B&S was right on time. Did a great job. Will definitely have them again.
