What a wonderful shopping experience! I dragged my husband with me to visit the Madame Alexander doll store and doll museum. Didn't realize they have women's outerwear and an entire men's department downstairs. Super glad we made the trip!
I purchased several items from Duchess, and I must say that I'm impressed with the service. I'm not very comfortable buying online, so I called to place my order instead. The gentlemen I spoke with was very helpful in finding the exact items that I was looking for. You just don't get personalized service like this anymore! Also, my dolls arrived within 3 days of purchase!
The staff at this store are extremely courteous and friendly. They really go out of their way to satisfy the customer! The Duchess outlet is also family owned and family operated since it opened years ago!
