One of the best pizza places in Durham with lots of creative options. Nice bar to utilize while you wait for a table with good wine list. Salads also excellent. Consistently great so has become a go-to recommendation to others and when friends or family come to town

Nice atmosphere and dessert was SO GOOD, but I was slightly disappointed with the pizza. It tasted good but the burnt taste got in the way around some edges of the crust. Plus, they don’t have pepperoni as a topping option which is a pizzeria staple. Meatballs were a delicious substitute though!
My wife isn’t big on pizza but this place changed her mind! Any time we are in Durham she asks to come here and I won’t ever say no lol drinks are great, pizza is good. They are on the smaller side so you don’t have to be scared to order your own each, but if you get an appetizer and pizza to share it was perfect to not get a “stuffed” feeling but satisfying full. Highly recommend for anyone.
This was really impressive Pizza! Unique selection of ingredients and they work really well together. Even the thinly sliced ham as an appetizer was outstanding. We all loved what we got and will come back here again soon.
This was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I'd put Toro and Pizzeria Mercato at the pinnacle in the area. Their desserts were also fantastic, not too heavy but very flavorful and delightful. Will definitely stop by in the future
