Bought a new spa. Felt the price was high related to size features etc but the manufacturer is 90001 certified which means quality should be top notch. However my experience was not stellar. After buying a spa and delivery came was where the problems occurred. I bought a new unit andcwas sent an outside showroom model with starches/gouges in the acrylic as well as a lot of the smog dirt for something that has been outside. Delivery team was great and noted and pictured the issue. They hooked it up and I filled it. Pump 1 doesn’t work spa won’t heat Overall very disappointed. Called and told them what the issue was at first they denied they sent a showroom model but the driver who came told me where they were told to take it and observed new spas all come in plastic wrap. The offered 400 store credit to keep it. So I have a spa that doesn’t work and they want to give a chance to spend more. Agreed now they will send a new spa Frustration is I paid to have my normal spa service guy there and now we have to drain disconnect electrical reconnect electrical again more costs. I know spas are popular and my previous spa lasted 12 years This new one didn’t last 12 minutes
