I have been reading these reviews and am stunned by any that are not less than stellar. I staggered in the 1st month Dan and Robin opened the facility when they had nothing but 5 courts and hadn’t even finished painting! I was just a couple years into tennis and my weightlifting friends and I were just a bunch of hacks who were looking to hit a yellow ball around as winter was setting in and time outside to play was running out. We all stunk but Dan and Robin made accommodations for us to play! Since that time, I have participated In group classes, individual classes, and have booked court time every week. You can’t ask for a better bunch of honest staff, pro’s, and desk folks anywhere. When there is a mistake or issue, they do whatever it takes to correct it and make it right. And, let me say this, skill level means nothing to them! They just love the sport of tennis and love to share that with anyone that wants to play! I have experienced(before and after) other clubs that won’t even give you the court time or the time of day. 5 stat has become an extended family and I have met great friends there over the years. I felt i needed to write this review this morning after coming Across the google reviews while having my coffee! I am getting NOTHING FOR THIS REVIEW BUT FELT I NEEDE TO RESPOND THE FEW NAYSAYERS that have posted. You can’t ask for a better bunch of family tennis folks. If your looking for a snobby, elitist club, I can recommend some others in the area! It certainly isn’t this one!

some of the coaches are really nice and good people but especially in hp classes the coaches only pay attention to the younger kids and the especially good kids, leaving the kids in the middle uncared for. even though the kids in the middle pay the same extravagant cost for the class, they are not given the same opportunities and attention, which is completely unfair. to be honest, the hp classes before the change of coaches a few years ago were better than they are now because they were more fair. the hp coaches right now know that the system they have in place is unfair, but will take no initiative to change it. this makes both the player and parents frustrated as many players will begin to lose their enjoy the sport as much because of lack of care for them.

Great facility! Was there for college matches. Building clean, attractively designed, 5 (I believe) courts on each side of hallway that extends from the entrance. Open 2nd floor for spectators accessible by stairs or elevator. 3rd floor available for party or seminar rental.

After having a five star membership for a year, I can say with confidence that I have invested a great amount of time into this facility. The courts are amazing, but the place literally only cares for money. 239 to even have access for reserving the courts, you will most likely only get to about 1 hour of play time max at your court. Not only do you have to pay to reserve, but you have to go out of your way to grab a court and compete with other members of the establishment for the scraps left behind by the private lessons. You spend 239 of your hard earned money? For double that, you can lose your court to some coach somewhere who has access to all the courts whenever they want. I didnt even mention the time we were kicked off by a coach when we reserved the court ahead of time. Great establishment, could work on concern for its “lower” paying members.
