They were amazing to work with. They were able to come out the same day and the repairman, Alex, was able to get a quick fix until they could come back to replace the part. He really took his time and gave some great pointers on maintaining the furnace, as we are first time homeowners. When they came back, Cynthia was just as professional and helpful as Alex. She took her time and even provided some additional pointers. It's always nice to work with a company that truly appreciates your business.

Once again, we are very pleased with TR Miller and all the fine people that work for them. We just had a new Aprilaire humidifier installed to replace the older unit that was slowly dying. And after just a few hours the home feels so much more comfortable. Great people, great work, great price!

Technician was very very good, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, COVID aware, respectful of house, .... Three phone calls not returned. Office personnel (upon visit) only minimally interested in supporting me. Main concern - get furnace repaired ASAP during cold spell - accomplished!!
