The best office around! Dr El-Hag is great as well as his staff. His staff is always friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. I can call and get in the same day. Great office. Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with this Allergy & Asthma Center! Dr. Aly El-Hag really cares about his patients and is so knowledgeable. I have suffered from asthma caused by allergies my entire life and have seen many doctors. I used to get a bad bout of bronchitis every Fall, however ever since I've been seeing Dr. El-Hag, the prescribed treatment has prevented this from occurring. I wish I would have found him years ago! His staff is friendly and courteous. They have my highest recommendation!

-We decided to leave another appointment after the doctor called me and apologized about the last appointment and we went there today. Very happy with the service, my husband did the required testing and the doctor answered and directed all his questions. Everyone in the office was very kind. :)) Update* What a terrible experience I had this morning in this office. I was so happy I finally got my husband to make an appointment for his allergies and we did go there this morning right on time 9:15 am but the front desk lady was so rude... we didn’t bring the filled paperwork she emailed us and without hesitating she said we can’t see you today, even if they did, the wait would be very long. I was trying to explain her that the format she send the form required a specific software which we didn’t have but she said it’s not her problem and we should’ve been there 30 mins Earlier. I asked her to show me the paperwork because it wouldn’t take that long to fill them up since he doesn’t have any prior complication or medical records but she said it takes an hour for some people to fill them up. They had also changed the appointment to be seen by the Nurse practitioner since the doctor was unavailable but I had accepted that... Anyways my husband couldn’t take it anymore and just told her we’re leaving because you are very rude. I was based on the reviews that I chose this place but I guess I was wrong or she was just hired not sure but she ruined my day and I’m 9 months pregnant so going through this was not fair. Very disappointed! :(

My wife and I searched for a great allergist. Most of the places that we called did not seem to be very caring, or many \allergy\ doctors would spend five to ten minutes with you—get that copay, and bill the insurance. Dr. El-Hag is very caring, passionate, and truly cares about his patients. He is not the type of doctor that's in and out, just slapping stuff together. Dr. El-Hag takes his time to explain everything, and what's coming next, and why are we doing this (what's the goal of this test). The entire office staff, from the front desk and billing to RN and NP, is incredible. Not only Dr. El-Hag is an incredible doctor; he hires excellent staff and makes sure they are taken care of as well. In sum, if you have allergies or asthma, go and see Dr. El-Hag ASAP. One of the best doctors around.
