If you want to walk into the hands of a trusted physician I highly recommend Dr. Banker. Her front office staff was courteous enough to let me know of my appointments beforehand and treated me very well. Dr. Banker is an expert in her field and time and time again she has worked with me to ensure the best care possible. I really appreciate how much she cares for her patients, even as a busy woman herself she empathizes with each person that I have referred to her and really goes the extra mile. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs to be referred to a rheumatologist.

I have to agree with the review below. My experience with Dr. Banker was not great. She is nice, initially, but I too felt that she does not take the time to talk about available treatment options, the pro's and con's of each.. my experience was highly unprofessional. I was told that I \contacted the office too many times\ and that \most patients do not do that\. One voicemail and three portal messages later (over two weeks) apparently tips this office over the edge into a frenzy, it's a joke. I do believe this Dr is inexperienced and ill-equipped to handle any patient. There's a lot more to the lack of professionalism I experienced, but I will not go into all the details as it's too far embarrassing for anyone to repeat the stupidity of it all. Good luck Dr.
I have gone through chemo and many doctors and surgeons with having Cancer and I can say Dr. Baker took more time with me on several different visits. Listened and went over everything with me to try and find out why I was having leg and feet pain. She was excellent. I’m back with terrible swollen and stiff joints and unfortunately She has moved from Rowlett TX to almost an hour away in Plano. If you need a great doctor with great bedside manners she is your doctor.
Dr banker is the most knowledgeable doctor I have been to. Her staff is very friendly. She listens to your pains and tries to prescribe the right medical help needed. I would give her and her staff a big 10 stars.
Outstanding physician who is an excellent diagnostician and also cares immensely about her patients. She is extremetly intelligent, kind, caring, and detail-oriented.
