Not only their door designs are beautiful but we wanted to guarantee a good installation and a reliable company that we know we can contact in the future if repairs or maintenance are needed. We got personalized customer service and overall the whole process was smooth and successfully completed as expected. I got my Iron door with Lone Star Iron Doors and loved it! The installers were very professional and clean! They removed my old door and installed my new door in only half a day, they also took care of everything related to the alarm system. The owner of this company is such a nice person and I was able to communicate with him very well during the process of my order. All I can say about this company is nothing but great things ! Tatiana and the installation team were great every step of the way. We replaced our front door and it has made a huge difference! They were able to give us an option of several designs to choose from and mockups based on photographs that we had sent them which made it easy to pick the best design for our home. The installation was seamless and clean. Highly recommend!
*READ WARRANTY CLOSELY* Very happy with the installation of our door, but the 5 year warranty is not so great. We have called for service twice in three years. This door is very rarely used since we enter through the garage yet we have had issues with the handle and lock and now again with the lock. Since we never enter the front door with a key, I'm not sure how this could happen. It just spins and never catches to turn the lock. It has to be faulty. We called to discover that this is NOT covered under the warranty and we had to pay 175 to replace the lock. The house is on the market and we planned to get a custom door on the new property but it will NOT be with Lonestar doors! The door is actually 4 years old, and the first call was about the handle so it should have been covered. Our house is on the market and agents need to enter. I cannot wait another week for them to have access while we wait to hear from your third party lock vendor.
