It very easy to work with Mike! I ordered my car and requested invoice price! He did offered me invoice price when the car arrived without haggling! In addition, David at the financing department is so patient in helping me understand different options. Kyle is so nice in teaching us different functions of the vehicle! Thank you Mercedes Benz Plano！

My car is brand new with less than 2000 miles and had an electrical issue causing my check engine to be on. A loaner car was not available for several days so it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to deal with drop off and pickup when I shouldn’t have been there to begin with. The issue was addressed but no one mentioned that I would need to reconnect my account to allow verbal commands, etc. I think there could have been better communication here.

They take very good care of their customers. I bought genuine OEM Mercedes parts from MB Plano several times in the past and just quite recently I took my S-class in for servicing and it was very well received and taken care of. Service Advisor (Ali) was knowledgeable and the MB Plano dealership/waiting area/overall facility is top notch, clean and organized. Their attention to details and concern for customer satisfaction is highly commendable. Dealership is conveniently located right off of the DNT and Dallas Parkway and they have given me loaner cars on couple of occasions as they didn’t want me to wait needlessly. Extremely content and very pleased with their customer service so far and I will be returning again in the future to Mercedes Benz of Plano for my servicing needs.

While the experience was great, better communication and follow up is suggested. The text and automation process of reviewing and selecting recommended services should not replace the conversation between service liaison and customer. I had questions and it was I who had to make contact. I also didn't realize I had received the information for a cpl hrs. Then I expected car to be ready by 7pm (per docs I was sent) and got there and not ready. Service person was gone - follow-up call should have been made. Will say I'm able to give 4 stars due to inclement weather the rep delivered my car to me. However least to be done for the lack of communication the night before. As a customer of a high end car dealership the service experience needs to match. Ben Mitchel is a nice guy but the ball was dropped.

Nice people, nice products... zero communication skills and customer service. I personally own 4 Mercedes-Benz autos, three of which were purchased in Plano. Never had an issue with the sales process, not one negative interaction to date. The service department on the other hand... it’s hard to find a positive. Whether it’s the GLS 63 or the Sprinter... it’s seems all foreign to them.
