I highly recommend this PostalAnnex! I drop off prepaid packages on a regular basis; although I am not buying postage here typically, they are always extremely kind and courteous when I come through the door. Definitely the best place in Plano to ship your packages: the ratings speak for themselves!

Highly recommended. Especially if you live in an apartment/condo where UPS/Fedex/Amazon leave packages at your front door while you’re away. It will be held for you at this secure mailbox so you can pick it up at your earliest convenience.
Certainly recommended. Helped me set up a mailbox while I was remote to ensure no lapse in delivery address. Also great since they accept packages in case you happen to be in an AirBnB.
Excellent Customer Service. The owner is professional and very helpful. I visited this place for notarizing some document, but she went extra mile and helped me sorting the documents & suggested missing documents for OCI application. And she didn't even charge for using computer. Great Service.. Keep it up!
