A good surgeon and staff are experienced, great reputation, skilled, smart and calm. A World-Class Surgeon and Staff, which is what you get with Dr. Kim and team at Preston Creek Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is all of those things PLUS caring, sincere, supportive, compassionate, gentle, humble and kind. I will always go back to Dr. Kim when I need oral surgical work done. I can't even imagine any better experience than what I have had with them. I am a repeat customer.

Cant recommend Dr. Kim enough! I was so anxious and to be honest TERRIFIED about getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed. I had a not so great experience when i was younger with a different surgeon but Dr. Kim was so calm and informative. I don’t typically write reviews but I had such a great experience and definitely needed to give the recognition that him and all their staff deserve.

Im so blessed and greatful for Dr.Kim & Staff. Not only was my wisdom teeth surgery a breeze, I thought I was going to be in alot of pain the next day and surprisingly I am not! HalluYah!! The staff was so accommodating even when I arrived an hour late to my appointment they still accepted me and took care of me so well. Thank you all for your amazingness! You guys rock!!

Dental procedures make me nervous. I feel if the office manger (Robin) explained insurance procedures more thoroughly they would not have lost my businees. She made me feel uncomfortable. Its too bad because I really liked Dr Kim it seemed like he was a nice Christian man with a good bio.

Was referred to Dr Kim by my regular dentist in Plano and he did not disappoint. I needed an emergency surgery done and they got me in the next day. Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me in detail prior to the surgery and showed me several options for post surgery, too. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive and caring. The nurse was awesome. She even let my 9 year old and spouse come back for the consultation. She gave my son a mask to wear since the one he had was way too big. The surgery was scheduled the following morning after the initial consultation, which I was grateful for! Everything went smooth with that as well. Great group of people here! Definitely would recommend them! They are all so patient, respectful and informative. Oh and the facility is gorgeous!!!
