I went to this location a year ago and it was pretty sad. Went again in January 2021 at 8:30am. It was good. I had made an appointment online, which was easy and highly recommended. Check-in was very quick with the QR code I printed off. I had a wait of about 1 minute after check-in. The blood draw was very well done. Only negatives were: no receptionist, a little hard to find and somewhat small waiting room.

Had a great visit, plenty of staff to take care of people. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. Large waiting room with TV. Easy checking process. My doctor was super friendly. Clean establishment, everything is in order. Easy to access location, this is not one of the places inside a cvs, it is a stand alone center.

I walked in, signed and waited outside for 15 min. Nobody came, phone didn't ring. I walked back inside and they said the system is supposed to call, they just come into the room and say the name at some point. I put my name in their pad again and I have waited for 45 min now. They take all the walk ins and my name is not on the screen. Horrible service! Go somewhere else. I put the name the third time and still waiting...

Plano Quest Lab is very well managed and all staff is very quick and friendly. I have tried Frisco lab where waiting time was longer even after appointment. I would definitely go few extra miles and do my lab work in plano Quest

Had a great experience. I made an appointment and was attended quickly. Holly has been the first person ever to draw my blood and not have to stick me more than once. Other places have had to replace the needle up to 5 times and she got it in one try. Plus she didn’t bruise me either. Highly recommend her!
