Total Air & Heat: Beyond Expectation Service. I found Total Air & Heat in the “Best Picks Report” sent annually to my McKinney home. Their reviews were primarily 5 stars and I needed the furnace repaired in my attic. Fan is blowing but no hot air. This happened on Friday 2/12/21 right before the major winter event with record low temperatures and ice/snow. Within 2 hours they sent out James, a tough as nails bull rider. Trust me, James also knows how to repair a furnace. Diagnosed that the gas value was faulty and replaced it within a few hours. Furnace still would not heat and James found the circuit board to also be blown. James took pictures and showed me the damage. It’s late on Friday and then the winter weather hits. I go without heat for four days since all the parts suppliers shut down. Nothing anyone could do. Total Air & Heat went beyond expectations and found the circuit board and James returned on one of the worst weather days I’ve seen in my 50 years in Texas. My furnace is repaired at a fair price with a one year warranty on parts and labor. Excellent communication with Justin, James and everyone at Total Air & Heat. Highly recommend and will call them again if ever needed.

Professional HVAC Service ABOVE and BEYOND Expectations Total Air & Heat completely exceeded all my expectations in a very positive way. After getting bids from four different companies, Total's bid was the most comprehensive and professional proposal, at competitive prices, for a new Trane AC System (Condensor, Coil, Plenum, Duct work, etc.). From the sales engagement process with Chad, to the installation and service delivery of Arturo, and the courteousness and attention to detail of Abel and Alex, this was a great experience from start to finish. The installation team worked all day, non-stop to finish the large project on time and walked me through the entire installation, maintenance requirements, and warranty paperwork answering all of my questions. If you are in the DFW area, get a bid from Chad at Total Air & Heat. You will not be disappointed.

We love Total Air and Heat! Jeff Cardille has helped us out and solved our AC issues where so many others have failed. This week we had new air ducts installed in our office. Tino and his crew were nice and respectful, they wore masks, worked efficiently and cleaned up before leaving. Nothing but good things to say! And the price is always nice! During freezing conditions our heating system stopped blowing warm air. I called Total Air and Heat. They had a technician that was handling emergency calls, and he was at our door an hour. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Very impressed with the service provided by these guys. We initially had Jeff out to look at our commercial unit that wasn't working properly. He was the last company in (we had seen 3 already) and he was able to let us know exactly what the issue was and was able to have his guys out to make the repairs after we had been told the entire unit would have to be replaced-it wasn't serviceable. Since that time we have had him run new ducts during our remodel. Tino was our install lead and he was polite, efficient, and did an amazing job. HIGHLY recommend Total Air & Heat...they have all been a pleasure to work with.
