Absolutely WORST team ever! Nicky was extremely Rude,she told me my baby had no insurance even after I explained to her my insurance said he is covered for the first month. I had to call and confirm my baby's appointment, then I was laughed at for asking why didn't someone reach out to me if they had an issue with my insurance. I was told they were closed the day before thats why noone reached out to me. I made this appointment 2 weeks ahead, there was ample amount of time to contact me and discuss any insurance issue or even to confimr his appointment the day before they knew they would be closed. Be prepared for an abundance of excuses, they do not take accountabilityfor there actions. I wish I knew they have NO CLUE ABOUT INSURANCE! I will NEVER recommend this Office! I was told by Nicky, Lydia (billing) left for the day, after calling back we were told, she's leaving early. When I got to the office, she was there! I dont know why its so difficult to speak to someone about a billing question when there's so much confusion about the insurance.. The front desk lady, Claudia, was just there to instigate that I was the person Nicky spoke to over the phone. She was more concerned about my conversation with Nicky over the phone then getting my son checked in.. The unnecessary run around just to clarify the confusionon THERE End.. I went to Plantation Hospital and they reccomended Dr.Beharri. Unfortunately, the office is very unpleasant and very unprofessional. Please don't waste your time going here. Save yourself, take your baby somewhere with a more professional appeal. I am truly disappointed that my son could not get his follow up because the office staff was so unprofessional.

We're still somewhat new with Dr. Beharrie but nearly 7 months in and we're pretty happy with his care over our baby. I like that he's suggestive but also respectful of your choices as a parent. He appears to have a minimal intervention approach unless it's necessary...which I personally appreciate, and takes his time in explaining your child's conditions, progress, etc. I feel safe having Dr. Beharrie watch over my child's renal condition.
