I have to agree with most of the other reviews. I have yet to see such a disgusting management practice and a total lack of communication skills and basic human decency

Maria is the worst property manager. She never is at the office and is completely rude. You can get a better apartment for the same price. This place is not worth it whatsoever. It took them so long to do the construction from hurricane Irma and I believe they're still going! On top of everything else there is a roach problem and many others have these issues too.
The landlord is ridiculous. She stopped answering her phone because some tenants complained about her not fixing anything. Some tenants apartments are interested with roaches and rats and she does nothing to fix it. Worse the new maintenance guy just walks around with a wheel borrow and can't fix anything either. Maria is the worse landlord I've ever dealt with. She needs to be fired. Knocks on your door for rent but can never answer her phone and barely at the office.
The only reason this place got one star from me is because I couldn’t leave a review without it this is the worst place to live the property manager Maria is never in office she doesn’t answer calls my door had fallen off the hinges I called her and she didn’t reach back out to me until the next day I have a one year old daughter in the house and she neglected to fix the door it took 5 days of me calling and complaining and threatening them with a lawsuit did they come and fix the door she has poor management skills and needs to be fired immediately
Horrible place to live they don't fix anything bad plumming and electric Maria is the landlord she is very rude and never answer the phone then when she does she beats u getting mad like u are bothering her
