The guys at Platinum outdoor environments really impressed me with their work at my residence! Cody and NATE have been great to work with. The team added an attached patio cover and steel pergola at my house. I am so incredibly happy with the results. They were absolutely slammed with projects while mine was being built, but sill gave me the attention to detail that I expected from them when they were working. Understand that when working with a professional and very busy company that things take longer than expected, and can go not quite according to plan, but their team will work with you to make the project turn out amazing! Thanks to everyone at platinum for a great back yard!

This company installed a pergola through Mirage Custom Pools less than 1 year ago. A few weeks ago we noticed that there are many areas where the stain has severely faded. I received Platinum's information from our pool contractor and contacted them regarding this issue. I was told to send them the photos and they would reach out. It has been several weeks and I have not heard anything back. I have texted and called on multiple occasions. Update 5-19-20: Cody Brooks contacted me late yesterday evening and explained to me what had happened and why I was not contacted in a timely fashion. He assured me that the problem would be resolved and sure enough, Anthony and his crew arrived first thing this morning. They were very nice and took care of the issue in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with the results and am happy to change my review to a 5 star rating.

Cody and his management team were very creative in providing us just what we were looking for ( like building our television mount area right into our . privacy wall. We have a beautiful stone bar area/ outdoor grilling area. We could not be happier ! The Hoerners
