We ordered last minute catering for 50. Being from Memphis and sister working for a World Champion Rib cooker (35 years ago) we are picky picky. Relatively new player in the Little Rock BBQ scene Platnum knocks it out of the park. Pulled pork perfect, brisket best we can remember, sauce I loved it.

So friendly and most importantly the food is amazing. I loved the smoked chicken, black eyed peas and greens. Emerging had a little kick to it too. Don’t forget the sweet tea!

The people who run this business are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything all businesses should strive to be like! We finally got a chance to try them after multiple recommendations by friends. We are pleased to say we are using them as our caterer for our rehearsal dinner in just a few short weeks! We couldn’t be happier with the quality and taste of their food (esp their RIBS!) and the friendly faces behind the masks. Nothing speaks to our souls more than home-cooked BBQ and nice folks.

We used their company & food truck to cater our rehearsal dinner. Our family and friends raved about their food! They are such kind people and they have created a great mobile replacement until their River Market location opens back up due to COVID-19. They are punctual, professional, and serve up a delicious meal.

Platinum BBQ in the Rivermarket Pavilion knows how to do BBQ. Their ribs were great and so were the mac and cheese but I was honestly the most impressed with these greens. I’ve had lots of greens from many places but these were different and better than any I’ve had with the perfect amount of seasoning and spice. All together a great meal for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
